(REQUIRED FOR ALL YS EQUINE SALES “Right of first refusal contract” (the right that is granted under a contract that requires that the one who has bought or received the horse, under certain terms and conditions, give the seller an opportunity to own the horse again if or when the buyer wants to part with the horse.
All horses & ponies are sound, have no vices and have been used for horsemanship camp by students 4 and up, lesson programs that includes going to shows, and 4-H events. Our horses & ponies are ridden in the ring, open fields, bathed, hooves cleaned out, loaded in the trailers, etc, by our students.

The following horses are for sale, full-lease, or half-lease. By purchasing the animal you become solely responsible for all additional expenses associated with the animal including, but not limited to, board, farrier service, veterinary service, etc...
FULL LEASING
This option provides you with full access to the animal. By full-leasing an animal you become responsible for all routine expenses associated with the animal. This includes boarding costs, farrier service, routine veterinary service, insurance etc. If the leased animal becomes unable to perform due to lameness or injury you are no longer responsible for the costs of the animal; however, prepaid lease fees are not reimbursed.
HALF-LEASING
This option provides you with three days per week of access to the animal, taking lessons on at least two of the three days. The other days the animal will be used by another student at Lawton Stables. By half-leasing an animal you become responsible for half of the boarding cost, farrier fees and routine veterinary fees. If the leased animal becomes unable to perform due to lameness or injury you are no longer responsible for the costs of the animal; however, prepaid lease fees are not reimbursed.

14 year old, 14.2hh, gelding, grade Quarter Horse, loads, clips, ties, UTD on everything, no vices, easy keeper, goes english or western with some dressage training.
